1. Survey and Setting out of construction drawings with high tech surveying instruments

2. Project Management Consultancy works which includes management from start to finish. It also includes preparation of CPR (Conceptual Project Report) and DPR (Detailed Project Report) i.e. Project Planning and management quality control, technical audit / review with regard to material management, time management and resource management using bar charts / CPM / PERT as management tools. It also includes a general study of contract documents, drawings, risk analysis and interpretation of the contract with scope of work in techno legal sense and finding out strengths and weaknesses of the contract and working drawings with respect to the prevailing actual site requirements.

3. Review of Structural designs and drawings and Preparation / Review of detailed construction drawings

4. Preparation of Fabrication / Shop Drawings of steel structures, form work designs and preparation of bar bending schedule in case of RCC works

6. Handling correspondence with regard to techno legal aspects of the project.

7. Contract Management / Dispute Management which includes Mediation, Conciliation and/or ARBITRATION MATTERS in terse techno legal sense starting from preparation of statement of claims till publication of arbitration award. It will be dealt by qualified and experienced techno legal person.
